You know what you want to do for your project(s) but need a proper place to track against it. This is your project bible. You will receive a fully developed project plan (in either Microsoft Excel or Project) to help run your project and/or business. Requires kick-off meeting to help populate the plan.

For those who require help on developing what the project will and won’t be. I’ll help develop documentation that will support your project(s) including but not limited to Scopes of Work, Business Requirements and Project Plans. We will strategize on all aspects of the project to make sure no stone is left unturned by doing a current state audit and a priority/difficulty assessment.

Just like it sounds. I set your project up completely. You will receive all required documentation. We will track all actions and tasks against a Kanban Board. We will strategize on how to optimize all aspects of your business through current state audits and project priority assessments. Furthermore, I will lead your status meetings with you and your team to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
